Anything we say on a call or in a scoped engagement is separate from, and takes precedence over, general content on this site.

The approved supplier list

Inclusion on our approved supplier list reflects our own assessment against the criteria published on the Suppliers page at the time of assessment. It is not a guarantee of future performance, and we accept no liability for a listed supplier’s conduct or the outcome of any engagement you enter into with them.

Submitting content to us

If you submit an entry through the “Monthly Challenge,” apply as a podcast guest, or apply for supplier assessment, you’re giving us permission to review, discuss internally, and — only with your separate, explicit agreement beforehand — feature your submission publicly (on the podcast, the site, or social content). We won’t publish anything identifying you or your business without asking first.

Intellectual property

The AiEOU name, logo, and the content we create — site copy, podcast episodes, articles, frameworks — belong to AiEOU or our licensors. See our Copyright & Content Policy for how you can (and can’t) use it.

Third-party links

This site links to third-party content — supplier websites, podcast platforms, social profiles. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for third-party sites, even where we’ve featured or vetted the business behind them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AiEOU isn’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on its general content. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t lawfully be excluded.
